One of the ways that I am trying to save money but also eat healthy is by getting a weekly CSA box. My box comes from a variety of local farms and varies weekly. We just get whatever is fresh. Which I love knowing that I’m feeding myself fresh and local food that is grown with organic practices! I also love trying to come up with ways to use the produce to make different things. This week I know that the carrots and potatoes are going in a pot roast! What veggies are you eating this week?
