One of the ways that I save on fresh produce to help with my weight loss is by buying from a local CSA. I love that I get fresh local mostly organic produce. It helps me know where my fruit and veggies are coming from, plus I always feel better by supporting our local farmers. Here’s a list of what is in my box this week!
3 packs of strawberries
Green Leaf Lettuce (I think)
Peaches (It pays to live in the peach state!)
Corn on the cob
I can’t wait to make some awesome things with all these fresh veggies!
